The Winter King always throws an event at midsummers, when the days are at their longest. This year, whispers of something larger permeate the surroundings. It promises to be interesting, whatever it is. This will occur Midsummer’s Night (June 20).

“And so it came to pass.  The Seven Eternal Kings, rulers of their Eternal Realms of Wyrd, made better without fear of Iron, Change or the Seasons sat together and feasted, their subjects struck down with awe.  At the head, Equal but greater sat the Thing With No Face, gardner of World Trees, lord of the Scarecrows and Eternal King of Autumn, his purpose fufilled.  To his left sat Robin Goodfellow named Bobby N-Times, Eternal King of Smorch (the Purple realm of Confusion).  Beside him was Quincy Knight, now Eternal King of Summer, and beside him was the Lord of 10000 Names, formerly called by his shortened name the Winter King who was unsurprisingly the Eternal King of Winter.  To the right of the Thing With No Face sat Sif, Eternal King of Skillig (the Golden realm of Pride).  Beside her was Aisling, last successor of Next Summer’s Eyes and Eternal King of Wort (the Blue realm of Desperation).  Beside her was King Uxbridge, Eternal King of Spring.  Together they feasted their victory over their cousins, the lords of Arcadia, whose blood fueled their new paradise.  And so their eternity began, and the eternity of their vassals, both those sworn directly as the subjects of Bridgeberry, but also those sworn to their claimed domains.”
