Jonathan QuillsJonathan Quills appeared in Bridgeberry in 1934, and kept away from the courts till 1938. It is obvious that he came from another freehold, but he refused to elaborate. He kept largely to himself, and worked on his great project, which he did not elaborate on. He was said to have some contacts amongst the other supernaturals of the city, but since he was so removed from the courts these were considered alright. Though he never really acknowledged it, the Scarecrow King championed him on a few occasions when his status was brought up in court. He was last seen in 1993, when he was looking very wan and drawn with a wicked cough. In the Autumn accounting of 1994, the Scarecrow King declared that he was no longer amongst the living. At one point in 1966, a contract to rough him up was placed with the tolltakers. Officially, it still stands to this day. |

Rickety GallThe first Margrave of the Brim, came to the city in 1965, after hearing of the Privateer attacks of 1963. He was killed in 1996 after a prolonged with Goblin Slavers… he had freed a number of slaves (rumours say it was well over 50 by the time of his death) from the block over the years. It is unclear how many Slavers came for him, but he managed to kill 14 in his last stand. |

Quirinus H. FiddleheadOracle of the city in 1907. Died in 1921. His last days were full of screaming predictions about the 1920s, including the capture of Vindico, the split of the freehold and the collapse of Ravenshouse. |

Baba NettieOracle from 1958 to 1971. Was known almost as much for her cooking as her predictions. Her soups could make good news feel great and bad news seem less bitter. Died as her first prediction stated, on April 13th. |
