Name: The Unveiling
Description: Changeling the Lost - The Winter King always throws an event at midsummers, when the days are at their longest. This year, whispers of something larger permeate the surroundings. It promises to be interesting, whatever it is.

Name: The Market
Description: There is a world separate from the real world. People awaken one day and find themselves starting to loose a grip on reality. They start to see things differently and more and more everyone starts not notice them. As time goes by they discover that they start to gain special abilities but also that the real world starts to ignore them. After a few years they are no longer able to interact at all with anything “real”. By this point these Forgotten have either discovered for themselves or have been found by others and shown how to get to the market where items are available that do not ignore them.
The Market is a gathering place for the Forgotten at which they can gather items that they either need to survive or simply want. The items while may seem mundane become altered somehow by The Market. They are able to affect the Forgotten while normal items cannot.
Rumours of a beast of some sort have started to spread amongst the Forgotten as several of the new Forgotten and a couple of the older ones have gone missing.
The game takes place at the next Market after rumours have spread of the Great Beast. Each character will have some special power that is unique to the character (special circumstance may mean duplicates or shared abilities). Characters can be new or old “Forgotten “. The new ones are not as powerful when it comes to their special ability but they are able to use items and bring items from the real world. There is no real ruling caste or anything although there will be cabals, gangs or whatever you want to call groups who have joined up to protect each other from the other Forgotten and from the other things that exist in this alternate reality.

Name: The Methuselah Club
Description: Every century the most exclusive society in the world meets to discuss the past and plan for the future. The name of the society has changed, but the single ironclad membership requirement remains the same - only immortals are need apply.
The Methuselah Club consists of a disparate group of individuals united by their own endlessness. One might be an ancient vampire, another a psychic who hops to a new body every time her old one dies, a third an ancient sorcerer who knows the secret of the elixir of youth and yet a another a golem constructed in the middle ages who has long outlived his makers. There are even some new applicants who show every indication of being immortal and endless, even if they haven’t got centuries of experience yet. But it is a small world when you potentially have forever to explore it, and some of these immortals know each other very well indeed - which isn’t always a good thing when you have forever to remember a grudge. How do you settle a vendetta when neither party can die, anyway?
Obviously, there’ll be some larger than life characters here, and I think this type of concept provides some decent scope for some epic melodrama. I think many people really like playing these types of iconic characters, and for those who don’t there is even some room for non-member associates. Media influences are just as disparate as the characters could be, including works like The Sandman, Highlander, Interview with the Vampire, and The Picture of Dorian Gray. We’ll be cranking the style dial up to 11 for this to work, which is never a bad thing.

Name: Castle of Deadly Secrets
Description: Legend of the Five Rings (L5R) - Honour is stronger than steel, but secrets can be deadly.
It has been one year since the current Daimyo, Bayushi Mozoto has taken over Kyuden Shi-Himitsu. The previous Daimyo, Otomo Sotei, was the Daimyo for about a week before his suspicious death. The Scorpion Yogo Chodashu confessed to killing his Yojimbo, Seppun Sho, and committed Seppuku for her crime. It is believed she killed Sepunn Sho as a way to get to Otomo Sotei without his elite Yojimbo to protect him. In any case Otomo Sotei is not missed. Many thought he was a bastard, and everyone seemed to hate him. Bayushi Mozoto has done the job Otomo Sotei was supposed to, as Daimyo.
All the inhabitants of Kyuden Shi-Himitsu, from all seven great clans,
are gathering at the castles one year anniversary of its reconstruction, to try and impress Bayushi Mozoto, and gain his favour. The castle has been rebuilt, and fortified. Nothing has been seen, or heard from the mysterious forest of Shinomon Mori. All is well, and some Samurai are wondering if they can return home.
This may not be possible though. For the last month strange apparitions have been seen in Kyuden Shi-Himitsu. Some speculate they may be the ancestors of this place. If so, what do they want, and what happened to them? Will the secrets of Kyuden Shi-Himitsu finally be revealed, or will the Scorpion keep their castles secrets hidden…at any cost.
Note: This game is a sequel to my L5R game last year. The same characters will be played in this game. If you played in my game last year, you have first choice to play the same character. If your character died (there was a couple) you can still get first choice for any of the characters that were not played last year.
I will update the character list from last year’s forum entry so you know what’s available.
