Welcome to the Saskatoon Live Action Roleplaying Association’s website. The purpose of this site is to provide information on SLARPA. Feel free to browse around the site. You can find out just exactly what a LARP is and why we are so devoted to them. Perhaps you already know what a LARP is. Once your knowthen you would be interested in checking out the forum. In the forum you can find out information about LARPing in and around Saskatoon.
SLARPcon is our annual LARP convention. More information on SLARPcon ‘08 will be coming shortly.
Our Mission: to help create a welcoming Larp community which will promote communication, education,and sharing of resources.
The idea behind SLARPA is to simply create an evironment within Saskatoon which encourages in growth of LARPing. We believe that this can be best achieved through communication between the players of the various games and through communication with people who are not currently involved in LARPing.
If you interested in learning more about LARPing or if you would like to be placed in contact with one of the local games feel free to contact any of the SLARPA executives, join in on the forum, or come out to one of our events. We are more than happy to help you join in on our fun.
